Department Event Scheduling

Departments and scheduling officers who wish to reserve a “110” must complete and submit the Room Reservation Request form in Astra.

Refer to the chart below for submission timelines by semester. Please note:

  • Weekday events are scheduled later to prioritize academic class placement.
  • The “Submit Request/Processing Begins” date indicates when requests start being reviewed—not when confirmations are sent.
  • Initially, allow up to five business days for a response.
  • After the first week of processing, responses are typically sent within one to two business days.
