The Department of Registration and Records upholds the integrity of official academic records to promote long-term student success.
The Department of Registration and Records documents, preserves, verifies and provides access to current and former students’ academic information including, but not limited to coursework, grades, transfer and test credit, academic standing, degree progress, degrees awarded, and academic honors. Students and others can access academic records through:
MyPack Portal Pages
Students, faculty, advisors, and administrators are able to access comprehensive student records and information through the MyPack portal. Information available includes student schedules, degree audits and planning tools, unofficial transcripts, contact information and more.
Enrollment Verification
Verification of a student’s enrollment and degree for the purposes of insurance, discounts, employment and other factors can be accomplished through official verification documents or services provided by Registration and Records. North Carolina State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide enrollment and degree verification information for current students or those who have graduated. Transcripts
A transcript is an official record of a student’s transfer and test credit, courses, grades, degrees, and honors. Transcripts can be easily distributed to individuals, institutions, and employers. Students can find information on accessing unofficial transcripts and ordering official transcripts here.
Diplomas
Diplomas are awarded to students upon the completion of a degree. The diploma is a record of a student’s accomplishment and suitable for display. Click here for more information on diploma distribution.
Class and Grade Rosters
Faculty knows who is enrolled in their courses and record end-of-term grades through class and grade rosters preserved and maintained by Registration and Records.
