Error Reports
Accessing Error Reports
- Navigate to the Scheduling Work Center.
- Select the Error Reports section.
- Reports are generated based on the Term and Subject(s) defined in your Search Preferences.
Understanding the Reports Tabs
- There are three tabs, each containing specific types of errors:
- Classes – Issues related to course setup, meeting patterns, units, etc.
- Instructors – Errors involving instructor assignments, availability, or conflicts.
- Rooms – Conflicts or problems with room assignments and capacities.
Reminder: Click Refresh under each tab to ensure the data displayed is current.
Best Practices
- Check error reports regularly throughout the scheduling process.
- Promptly resolve errors to ensure all courses, instructors, and rooms are set up correctly.
- Re-check after making schedule changes to confirm updates cleared existing errors.
